Reiki Master Training Part 1: Letter of IntentionFeatured

I am so happy to announce that after many years of dreaming about this, I am taking a HUGE step and training for my third and fourth level (Shinpiden) of Reiki to become a Reiki Master. After these trainings I will be able to teach other the beauty and power of Reiki and share it with others in a greater capacity. This isn’t a new technique – it’s one that I fall back on in moments where my mind is spiraling. It never works though. Thankfully I knew deep down that fighting…

However, I miss it – I miss creating interesting meals that nourish my body and my soul. I miss playing with different ingredients and putting a new twist on the foods I eat often. I miss the creativity and get-your-hands-dirty side of cooking, because honestly I have been making the same things over and over again – and they’re not exciting or fun. Overall I miss fun cooking but I don’t want to spend a ton of time or…
