Last Wednesday when I posted my recap of the Be Healthy Boston a bunch of people reached out to me and said that they wished they knew about it before it occured so they could have come.
So… I recently heard about an upcoming Tai Chi Conference in Boston and wanted to pass along the information:

WHO: The Langham, Boston and its Chuan Body + Soul Spa and Health Club will host the Tai Chi & Qi Gong Healing Institute’s (TQHI) 2012 New England Tai Chi Conference. A non-profit organization committed to promoting health and improving quality of life, TQHI helps individual’s identify and strengthen their own internal energy, or Chi. As the East Coast’s only spa of its kind, Boston’s Chuan Body + Soul features an extensive range of wellness treatments and therapies based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine practices that are at the core of TQHI’s practices.
WHAT: The 2012 New England Tai Chi Conference offers several different programs over three days of workshops and classes. Beginners and seasoned practitioners will learn ancient Chinese healing philosophies and techniques as well as art of traditional “Qi Gong” and “Tai Chi” exercise therapies from expert instructors. Interactive workshops and lectures will detail practical techniques used by the Chinese for more than 4000 years to maintain good health, heal emotional imbalances, prevent disease, and generate an overall positive outlook.
