Today’s Game Plan

Today I will do as much as I can without throwing sanity, emotional health, balance and health overboard.

Today I will choose to be productive because I am feeling energized and in the mood to get stuff done.

Today I will give every chore, task and responsibility my full attention and stay away from FaceBook, Twitter and other things that ruin my focus and determination.

Today I will listen to my body and when I’m tired I’ll practice a little yoga and especially legs up the wall.

Today I will stop being productive by 8 PM so that Mr. Josh and I can snuggle and watch the season finale of Mad Men.

Today I will be productive but I will not force it or kill myself to finish my to do list.

Today I will be mindful.
Today I will accomplish.
Today I will be me and that is more than enough. It’s wonderful.
