The ocean has been calling me
Whispering words of comfort and peace
Luring me in with its constant rhythm of change
Saying, come, come to me and let me rock you and hold you close
So I am going to where land meets water
To reconnect
Rest
Reflect
Breathe deeper
Move slower
Embrace
I will dip my toes and dive under the waves and lay in the sand and take in all that mother earth can provide.
