A Daily Dose of Fit by Tara
A Daily Dose of Fit is both a guilty pleasure (once a writer, always a writer) and a supplement to my personal training business. My goal is to inspire you, my clients and my readers, with my thoughts, experience and expertise as they relate to living the fit life. I’ve always been a fairly active individual and as such, I’ve come to appreciate the exceptional way I feel after a good sweat session—and that’s something I want to help you appreciate, too.
Carrots ‘N’ Cake by Tina
“I love food, and I love eating! While I try to fill my diet with mostly healthy foods, I have a number of favorites that are not necessarily nutritious, but are still delicious and fun to eat. If eaten in moderation, I believe that the “bad” foods can be part of an overall healthy diet. This food philosophy is the inspiration for Carrots ‘N’ Cake.”

Make Under My Life by Jess
“In January of 2009 I started Makeunder My Life (MML) as a place to start sharing my journey towards the made under life. My goal for the future is to share the MML mission worldwide through web, books, video, you name it! Though I started the blog focusing on “exfoliating” unnecessary clutter, I now write about my journey to design my life, career, business, and thoughts with intention.”

These Happy Miles by Christine
Christine is a “24 year old Bostonian, once New York City girl, and dedicated marathoner. Welcome to my blog… a place where I write all about running, fitness, music, style, food, and discovering, living, and loving your best self. This a Can’t Stop Won’t Stop space.. and sometimes, it’s funny… but that’s probably just me… laughing at my own jokes.”
The Finicky Farmer by Steph and Emily
“The Finicky Farmer blog is an effort to find something that Emily and I {Steph} can do together that melds many of her interests with my one interest: farming. Yes, literally, that is my one and only interest; I don’t have time for anything else, and it drives Emily crazy! I do care about other things in life, but they all relate back to farming. I like to keep it simple. In any case, this blog will reflect our thoughts and experiences in soil, sustainability, simplicity, and social justice. How’s that for alliteration?”
Run Eat Repeat by Monica
“I created this blog three years ago to document my journey of weight loss, healthy eats and training for my first marathon. I have been running for almost 7 years now, but it is still very difficult for me to lose weight! I love running, but I also love eating and unfortunately I eat more than I run (and that’s a lot!).”
